At Quotopia Solutions Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy has certain limitations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
1.1 All sales of digital products (including but not limited to e-books, templates, software, video courses, and bundles) are final.
1.2 Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered via download link, email, or customer account access, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.
1.3 This policy is necessary because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable in Future)
2.1 For physical products (such as printed books or merchandise), refunds or returns may be available in the following cases only:
- The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- The product delivered is incorrect compared to the order placed.
2.2 Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, along with proof (photo/video evidence).
2.3 Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Once the return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Inability to use or access the digital product due to device/software compatibility issues (customers are advised to check product requirements before purchase).
4. Cancellation of Orders
4.1 Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
4.2 Orders for physical products (if offered in the future) may be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
